Tools used: p5.js, Leaflet.js, Adobe Illustrator

The mapping earthquakes visualization ties data available from the USGS site and translates it into a diagrammatical view, ordered left to right beginning with those earthquakes with the furthest distance to a monitoring station.

Leaflet.js was used to generate the map, where earthquake location and magnitude as well as monitoring station locations are plotted. The diagram visualization was created using P5.js, illustrating variables noted in the legend.
